All By Juls bags are handmade to order, making each piece unique and created just for you. Because of this, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed, including custom orders.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ShopByJuls@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We'll review your request and work to make it right.

By Juls is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped.
